Find out about the latest health and wellness retreats or cooking classes that are being hosted by Melissa Delport. The retreats vary and can include yoga, sound healing, plant based food, cooking classes and mindfulness techniques to empower you with tools that can ignite deeper healing and wellbeing. Melissa Delport will be your private chef and health coach for the duration of your retreat/class. Various retreats are hosted in and around Cape Town, South Africa or the United Kingdom. They run with different themes offering different experiences.

Cooking classes will be hosted in Cape Town at a chosen venue. All classes are entered around whole food cooking and mindful eating and are plant based. Dietary requirements can be catered for. Cooking classes will be in the evening starting at 18:00 and ending at 23:00. Group bookings are encouraged however, singles welcome.

Private or corporate group bookings can be arranged upon request. Year end functions, bachelorettes and team building are all possible.

About the retreat: If I had to select one word to describe the retreat, it would be “nourishing”.
